Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning/exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In a rare and special situation, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Due To COVID19 current rules and measures, your shipment time may be affected.
We currently don't ship outside Australia or Australian borders.
Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Currently, we can’t offer you a refund. You may be eligible for exchange within 14 calendar days of your purchase due to parcel damage (See Delivery Exception below). In this case, you have to contact us immediately.
If you received the parcel damaged due to delivery, contact us immediately so we can file an investigation to the courier company and as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim, we will process a solution based on their findings you will be notified.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased (Australia).
(ii) the following products are not eligible for a refund and return:
Any products/goods that are sold or specified as "All Sales Are Final"
e.g. digital, sales items including special promotions) at the time of purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or parcel company (e.g. Australia Post, DHL, and other).
Change of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time, so we highly recommend please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
